Shipping and returns

S2H products are strictly inspected before each shipment to assure it’s packaging quality. Since our products are composed only from natural finest ingredients, our products intimate nature and the very descriptive information on each product, we do not allow a return based on dissatisfaction only. In case you encounter a specific problem you can contact us on an individual basis.

Damaged shipments
When your order arrives please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping process.
It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the bottle such as breakage or leakage please notify us through contact us within seven days after delivery and we will take care of you.
Please include your order number in the email and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns or refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery.

We ship our products on business days from the U.S.A within a day from receiving the order . allow an additional 1-3 business days for domestic priority freight to reach your home within the U.S.A, and 6-20 days for international shipments (additional customs delays may occur).
